I Hated the hotel and how dirty the room was. The staff was rude and not helpful at all. The website we reserved a room from gave us one price but the hotels staff did not speak English very well and over charged me and would not settle on a fair price. There was trash all over the room and the bath room was not stocked with anything. It is a hotel that I will never stay at again and I will make sure all my friends family and anyone I mention Williamsburg to will never stay there with how rude and dirty the hotel was.
The Hotel was dirty and they advertise Continental breakfast and there was none! I would never stay there again!
I didnt like the hotel at all. There was no continental breakfast as they advertise. The rooms are dirty and smells in the motel.
The hotel did not look like much from the outside but after asking to see the rooms, was very surprised. Although being and older facility, it was updated and clean. Was very impressed for the money.
They advertised a continental breakfast. Don't plan on having one. They had a loaf of bread and some butter, some rancid granola, sour apple juice. The coffe was okay, if that's all you are looking for. so if you are a breakfast eater, plan on going out or take your own.
The hotel was reasonably priced and very conveniently located for Williamsburg and the surrounding area. It was a perfectly acceptable budget hotel. The beds were comfortable; breakfast was adequate; the staff friendly and helpful. Nothing fancy, but quiet, safe, and convenient.
Good location-central to the area
Hotel room was awful, outdated and not clean. Location is next to a train track that had trains running at 2am. Elevator is old and did not look like it would make it to the 3rd floor. Rooms were very outdated and there was dirt on the walls and dirt and filth on the carpeting. When I returned home I would not bring my luggage into my house without first washing everything in fear of bedbugs. Rooms had ac, hallways and common areas did not-it was 103 degrees and our room ac was not turned on inadvance of our arrival-a sauna for hrs Had I not arrived to the "hotel" as late as I did, I would have asked for a full refund.
I liked the location both in proximity to shopping and Colonial Downtown.
Hard to identify from the street, It is in need of renovations.
